Gym-Kinetics was established in October 1985 by current owners Jim and Wendy Fredrickson. Celebrating over 40 years in business, Gym-Kinetics has been the #1 choice for gymnastics instruction in the south suburbs. Servicing Mokena, Tinley Park, Orland Park, Orland Hills, Frankfort and the surrounding areas, Gym-Kinetics has established itself as a leader in gymnastics instruction for the preschooler through the competitive gymnast. 
 
Gym-Kinetics teaches over 1,000 students per week, and has proudly built one of the most successful competitive gymnastics teams in the country. In the past 3 decades, the south side gym has produced hundreds of champions at the state, regional and national level, along with qualifiers to international competitions in England, Canada, France, Sweden, China and El Salvador. Gym-Kinetics has also had over 20 gymnasts receive college athletic scholarships.
 
Jim and Wendy, along with a great staff, are most proud of the quality programs that have been developed over the years for all levels of gymnastics in a clean and friendly atmosphere. With over 26,000 square feet packed with state of the art equipment, Gym-Kinetics provides gymnastics and tumbling programs for students of all ages and abilities.
